Is the sale US only, or does it apply for other countries as well (I’m in New Zealand).

Thanks for replying. New Zealand doesn’t have an Amazon site so I use Amazon.com, but often the sale prices aren’t available to me. Since I assume self-published authors don’t have geographical restrictions, I thought I would ask this time. Again, appreciate your reply!
