You know, early sales really matter to the publisher. With whom I would like to work in the future.
Also, reviews on Amazon and Goodreads matter quite a bit, especially if a book hits the magic number of 50 reviews.
Just putting that out there.
Fantasy and Young Adult Fantasy Author
Just dropped onto my kindle this morning. Looking forward to it.
I preordered it months ago. I should be reading it in the next day or two.
Oh all right. If I *must*, I suppose I could be forced to read an interesting book. Geez. Some people.
Thank you all! I hope you all love it.
So far it is very interesting. I’m analyzing how you make the Duke likeable up front while he does what he does, also up front. Kehera is also likeable. I look forward to more.
The diacritics were a bit daunting at first glance. Once I got the hang of the language, though, I kinda liked it. And yes, I’m not quite sure how you made the Duke likable, considering, but so far I do like him. Or at least trust him and root for him. And Kehera.

Success!
I don’t know, honestly. Innisth is *my* favorite character. Possibly that comes through.
Just posted a review on Amazon. Gave it five stars. As I indicated in the review, I’m putting it on my Hugo nomination list for next year. Great job.
Thank you, Allan!
